A beautifully located store, perfect for anyone visiting the city’s shopping district especially if you appreciate fine timepieces and luxury accessories. A refined and welcoming space, filled with natural light and conveniently accessible (by car or train). I was looked after by Isha, who was warm, patient, and genuinely attentive If you’re used to being gifted timepieces rather than selecting them yourself, the process can feel a little overwhelming, but Isha made it feel seamless and enjoyable. You’re in very good hands here! A lovely, high-touch experience from start to finish.

Thank you to all the guys at the bullring store. Welcomed me in took me into the back room. Looked at the issue with watch and told me to sit tight for a few minutes. Came back after five mins with both compontents replaced. One was the spring loaded bar for clasp and the threaded bar that holds the bracket in place. Thank you so much to Eshe and Leon, you weee both amazing. And the bonus at the end; they did it for free as a gesture of good will. Thank you again. Will be back for the air king at some point.

Bought in a Rado watch which i bought for my mums birthday from elsewhere to change/adjust the links. The service was excellent. The gentleman who did the adjustment was an absolute gem of a person, he spent a lot of time on it and adjusted it perfectly. Highly recommended to go here for any watch related issues and also to buy watches too.
