I would like to share my thoughts about my visit to H Samuel's yesterday. A gentleman assisted me, and he was extremely helpful. Although I wasn’t able to purchase the watch during my visit, I definitely plan to buy it in the coming days. I was truly impressed with the way he showed me the watches I asked about. I have never experienced such excellent customer service in the UK before, especially since I am new here. I sincerely hope that someone sees this review and recognizes the gentleman’s outstanding service, perhaps with a raise or some form of appreciation.

Went into the store today as I had purchased a watch online and wanted it adjusted as it was loose. I was helped by a young lady named Dyjonia she checked the fitting on my wrist then adjusted by removing 3 links. No questions, no attitude just good old customer service with a smile. Granted the store wasn't very busy for a Friday afternoon however it was nice to be in and out of the store within 10 minutes. I know where to go for my next purchase. Keep up the good work.

What really stood out was Will's patience and genuine care. They weren't just trying to make a sale—they truly wanted to ensure I found the perfect item. Whether it was explaining the features of a watch or helping me choose the right piece of jewelry, they answered all my questions with a smile and provided exceptional service. In addition to their expertise, Will's friendly and approachable demeanour made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It's clear that they go above and beyond for their customers, and I left feeling not just satisfied, but also appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend visiting H.S. Samuel and asking for Will—their customer service is top-notch!

I purchased a pair of earrings from H. Samuel last week and clearly asked the staff if my wife could exchange them later if she wanted. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when we came back today, they refused to exchange the item, completely going back on their word. Even worse, some of the staff showed clear signs of discrimination and very poor attitude toward foreign customers. It’s extremely disappointing and unacceptable in 2025. Many of their customers, including myself, come from diverse backgrounds, and businesses like H. Samuel should remember that our support is one of the reasons they’re still operating. Very poor experience overall. I won’t be shopping here again and cannot recommend it to others.
