I am so happy with the great service and price. Sourced a matching diamond after my ring broke and I lost a diamond. Have reset, replaced missing tips and rhodium plated both rings. They are looking amazing. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot put into words how exciting and fun the experience was picking out our wedding bands with Mike at Hockley jewellers Ltd. He was so patient and not pushy at all, especially as I didn’t have a clue what I wanted going into it. I must of tried on about 20 rings at least lol. We had such a laugh with him and it made it so memorable for us. We couldn’t recommend him or this shop enough. Every member of staff was so kind and welcoming. We’ve ended up with the most incredible wedding rings, at such a good price. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us during our visit.We got our rings in a beautiful box and bag. 5 ⭐️ experience. So helpful l couldn't get my wedding ring off due to arthritis. They gently cut it off for me. We have been married for 50 years in May so they melted my ring and my husbands ring together and made us both new rings. So pleased with them they also made my engagement ring a bit bigger. And just to finish off I had a beautiful eternity ring. They gave us photos of the gold being melted and made into the new ones. I would like to thank Sue for all her help and advice she was so nice.

Had such a positive experience at Hockley Jewellers - couldn’t recommend them enough! I had visited a number of stores with my partner searching for the perfect engagement ring, and sadly couldn’t find it until we came across Hockley Jewellers on Instagram. The range of images on Instagram really gave me inspiration. It was really easy to book an appointment, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. I built the ring I wanted, tried on loads to rule out different shapes, claws, and styles. I didn’t feel rushed and even had the opportunity to pick the diamonds I wanted from a range available. The turn around for making the ring was quick and communication was clear for collection. I get so many compliments on my ring from friends, family and strangers! We had such a positive experience that I have recommended Hockley Jewellers to my friends - who have also purchased from here and raved about the service they received, and my partner and I have returned for our future wedding bands. We had the absolutely best shopping experience at Hockley Jewellers shopping for my engagement ring pre-proposal! I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted, but we had a budget in mind. The team were most focused on finding the right ring for me, and not pushing us to buy something more expensive for the sake of it. They had the most beautiful range of rings in store from lab diamonds, sapphires galore. He helped us pick the most beautiful diamond that suits me perfectly in the most lovely setting. I've ended up with the most perfect ring and had so many compliments on it. We had the director who I believe was Michael. He helped us understand what I wanted, what looked best and why whilst having his undivided attention. We won't hesitate to return when it's time to find our wedding bands. Great experience at Hockley Jewellers yesterday. Louise was so knowledgeable and helpful. You really felt like you were in expert hands. She gave me lots of options and I ended up with something even better than I had imagined. I thought we would need to go back to Birmingham at a later date when it had been resized but I was delighted that it could be done there and then. An hour later, I was heading out with my new ring. They even cleaned and polished my engagement ring which after nearly 20 years looks like new. Thoroughly recommend this place.
