I was lucky enough that my gorgeous husband wanted to spoil me for my birthday & our wedding anniversary. After hunting both online and in Liverpool City Centre my sister advised that we should take a trip to Birmingham Jewellery Quarter.We pondered around more than a few jewellery shops and then came across Hockley Jewellers. I so glad we did!We were welcomed by Louise at the counter, who then fussed over to me to hearts delight. After showing me a variation of what I had asked for, a few of what I hadn’t considered and a variety of settings in which to set a stone, I kept getting drawn back to this beauty! Lucky enough my husband hadn’t managed to make his escape in this time!Although it was on closing time Louise managed to get the ring resized and polished to perfection ensuring I got to take it home with me that day. I’m so absolutely thrilled with my gorgeous ring! The packing & presentation was very tasteful & just added to its glory.I can’t commend both the service and advice I received from Louise sufficiently. It was an absolute pleasure and am sure I will return on my next trip into shiny land!

Yesterday I walked into this lovely shop with some pieces of my jewellery collection, consisting of my own wedding ring and a very special wedding ring which once belonged to my Great grandmother. As you can imagine her ring is very special to me. It was very big on my finger and needed to go down several sizes. After speaking to the lovely gentleman Mike, he told me this was possible and could be done today!Talk about going above and beyond for a customer, I only got to go in the workshop to see this done! Wow, this true gentleman made my dream's come true. Being able to see the process from the beginning to the end. The ring never got cut, just sized down using a special tool. So how perfect was this, the ring stayed intact throughout. I cannot thank the lovely staff for everything they have done for me today.Thank you.

I had a brilliant experience at this shop after visiting a few other local ones with poor customer service. The atmosphere was lovely and staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were served by the lovely Emily who was very paitent and also Matt who ensured we got good value for money by giving me a birthday discount. However, all staff greeted us and held conversation with us. I am very happy with my Cuban Chain and Naughty Girl pendant. Thank you very much and I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely first class customer service at it's best, planning a surprise proposal I had no idea or advice on what looking for an engagement ring would be like, after trying a couple of different shops in the area and being left cold around the experience I went into Hockley jewellers and within minutes I knew they would be the ones I was buying from, they were extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The selection they offer is fantastic and the turn around time to make the ring and do any adjustments is within days. Recommend these to anyone and would 100% use again

We first came to Hockley Jewellers and met Mike when my family and my partner wanted to buy me a gift for my 30th Birthday. This was a memorable occasion where I got given a beautiful earrings and matching necklace set.My partner and I returned to see Mike again when we were looking to buy my engagement ring. He is so knowledgeable and friendly, he made the whole experience really enjoyable and I am so happy with my chosen ring. What made this really special was that I was given the opportunity to create my own ring design and I now have my own unique engagement ring We recently returned again for a third time to pick out our wedding bands, which again we were able to custom design, they have a really good section on their website to help choose your ring design, if you need to better visualise your ideas.We highly recommend Hockley Jewellers, the whole team are really fantastic Thank you so much, Emily and Dan
