I went ring shopping with my partner for just browsing and I came across this shop. Matthew made the perfect ring and explained the whole process for us and took the time to show us different designs. He was an expert in the field and I was impressed with the customer service. My engagement ring is everything I’ve ever dreamed of, and it also comes with free cleaning/ polishing service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience at JQ Diamonds and had a gorgeous ring custom designed for my engagement ring. Sonu was really helpful through the whole process, explaining the costs of various diamonds and shapes and how we could meet our budget. All the other staff who helped on collection day were great also. Highly recommend!!

This is our third order with this high quality company. We had 2 hand made 18ct gold diamond and ruby pendants made. Once again our excellent salesperson Sonu did an excellent job and it was so good to see the videos of it being made.

We made an appointment to have a look at engagement and wedding rings. We were served by Matty and he was so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He spent time making sure we loved everything we had chosen, nothing felt rushed and the rings that came out at the end of it are absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

Matthew has helped design both my wedding band and a ring stack to honour the birth of our child. On both occasions, Matthew took the design inspiration I gave him and helped turn it from a dream into reality. He seems to instinctively get what you want to create. For the half eternity ring, I wanted to use my dad’s wedding ring that I’d been given and he talked through all the options for using it to create the new stack. He sourced exactly the right colour pink spinels from a photo. I felt confident that the end result would be what I had envisaged as Matthew had talked through all of the options for the settings. I am thrilled with the rings and would absolutely recommend Matthew and Jq diamonds - brilliant service and top quality results.

I had amazing time at JQ diamond In Birmingham. The agent that help us (Surinder) was amazing and had a great customer service experience, she took her time in explaining everything into details which helped us decide the right ring and then followed it up with a message to see how the engagement went, that for me was a top notch customer service. I will definitely recommend the place for anyone looking for an engagement ring.

We went to a lot of jewellery shops but JQ Diamonds was by far the best. Lovely experience in a setting which felt special, helpful and knowledgeable people and the best bit was my huge oval diamond trilogy ring which I am over the moon with. Special mention to Kiedis who looked after us very well!
