Came to Marlow’s while shopping around the JQ for a custom ring. After visiting a large number of stores we found Marlow’s to have the best customer service by far. The team was friendly and smiling from the moment we were welcomed through the door. Kay was instrumental at pulling out our wants even when we thought we weren’t sure what we were after. She professionally showed us all custom options and was patient while we tried different band and stone combinations. We decided to buy a ring from here and love it. The craftsmanship is perfect and they offer free resizing at any point post purchase. Next time we are looking for beautiful jewellery we will make sure Marlow’s (& Kay) are our first and only stop! Thank you very much!!

We had a great experience choosing the rings and they were sized and ready to take home on the same day!Very happy with my rings and the lovely experience purchasing them.

I’m so disappointed with the attitude of Marlows diamonds. My engagement ring lost a side stone only a couple of weeks after wearing. I visited their Birmingham store and they replaced the diamond and fixed free of charge as they should after having an issue so soon. Around a year later I lost a side stone again. I contacted the London branch as it’s closer and they were lovely and arranged an appointment for us to visit and they said it would be no issue to fix the ring. Arrived at the store and they confirmed that the stone had come out as the platinum band had cracked in 2 places. I was shocked as it’s a hard metal & I hadn’t had the ring long. Both the staff said it’s very common for rings to loose stones & break frequently & I should have insurance so I don’t have to pay each time! Suggested that it’s normal for engagement rings to be constantly loosing stones?! Luckily both times it was the side stones not the main diamond which has sentimental value along with the stone being worth a lot more. They said it was going to cost almost £1000 to fix & wouldn’t cover any costs as it was natural wear & tear! I can’t believe that’s their attitude & I bet they don’t say anything like that when you’re buying a ring from them. They are basically telling you to rely on insurance as their quality is sub-par. We declined their offer to send the ring to be inspected further in Birmingham and will find another jewellers to remake the ring for us. I don’t know anyone who’s had to fix their engagement ring multiple times as they are suggesting is normal. So disappointing that less than 2 years of having the ring and we will have to pay out a substantial sum of money to have it made again.

Marianne was amazing to deal with, very knowledgeable when wanting an engagement ring. Very funny to deal with and had a good laugh along the way. Definitely will be back to get wedding bands from her!
