If you’re shopping for rings in the jewellery quarter don’t waste your time anywhere else! Got my first ring from them a couple of years ago. A gold signet ring with a custom engraving that held deep sentimental value. It had to be resized twice and they done it for me no questions asked. This year i returned to purchase an engagement ring and again had beyond excellent customer service. Helen listened to my ideas and offered expert advice to help bring it to life. & Big thanks to Bhav who kept in touch on whatsapp throughout the process and made the collection a great experience.

My fiancé and I have had a wonderful experience working with Mitchel and Co! My fiancé designed my engagement ring here with Micheala and then we designed our wedding rings here. Proposing a custom design is no issue at all and Micheala worked with us thoroughly to make sure we were totally happy. You stay in contact with your expert and everything runs smoothly. If you need to change the slightest thing you can and Micheala kept updating us to make sure we were 100% happy. Out of everywhere in the jewellery quarter Mitchel and Co has that edge of luxury. All staff are experts but o think we really lucked out with Micheala who really worked her magic and gave us the best advice. We were given so many options and weren’t pressured or rushed to make decisions. Brilliant customer service and beautiful quality products!! My partner and I came to Mitchel & Co to have my engagement ring remade after we received a really poor quality ring from an online jeweller. The experience was incredible from the first visit. Niko carefully listened to what we wanted, and, noticing my own sense of style, suggested a stone we never would have thought of. He had two sizes of the cut we wanted made for us so we had a choice when we went to see the stones. A few weeks later and I have the most beautiful ring, which pays homage to the choices my partner made with the original, but just oozes quality. It was so obviously made with love and expert craftsmanship, and I couldn't be more over the moon with it. Niko has provided the best customer service from start to finish and we're excited to go back and see him for our wedding bands in a few months. Thank you so, so much. We had an excellent experience at Mitchell & Co. We met with Bhav who so sat us down and spoke us through lots of different styles of engagement rings and how diamonds are valued. He then met with me again at a later date to agree on a design for an engagement ring that was crafted at the store. After how kind Bhav had been at the initial meeting to myself and my partner, I couldn’t have gone anywhere else! The ring is beautiful and my partner absolutely loves it.
