Excellent service, from the start. The staff were welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. They spent the time discussing design options and costings. I considered a late change to the design and this was no issue. My order needed to be ready fairly quickly and they made sure it happened. They were also discreet and the cost was very reasonable.Would definitely recommend Mitchel & Co (but hopefully I'll never need to get another engagement ring!). And most importantly, my soon-to-be wife LOVED the ring!!

Went in a couple of weeks ago to get an engagement ring every body was so friendly and welcoming had nico and michaela help us decide what I wanted. Well today we have just been in to pick it up and it’s amazing. Nice is so so helpful, friendly and honest, very good at what he does. There is no pressure, we have even just ordered our wedding band rings, thank you nico and Michaela for your help see you next year, when we get our wedding rings.

I had a great experience buying an engagement ring with Mitchel & Co. The bespoke designs, in-house ring making, and friendly staff made this business really stand out in a crowded Jewellery Quarter. They take the time to listen, and help you create your perfect ring at a very reasonable price, no matter your budget. Collection was prompt and everything went ahead as agreed - the ring turned out even more stunning than I had imagined!

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish with Mitchel & Co. We were welcomed in and given excellent customer service by Niko who helped up every step of the way. Communicated with us letting us know what was going on at every stage and went above and beyond in making sure we were happy. We got both wedding bands and engagement rings from Niko and we couldn’t be happier with our rings. We travelled from London and were always seen on time and never felt rushed. Very accommodating and an excellent jewellers who are by far the best in the business. Couldn’t recommend Mitchel & Co enough especially Niko!!

5*+++From start to finish, Mitchel and Co have been fantastic. My partner purchased my dream engagement ring and it is perfect. Bhav explained the whole process to us, talked us through everything you needed to know about diamonds was just all round fantastic. Unfortunately, 6 months after being proposed to I shut my hand in the door and damaged my ring. However, Rachel went above and beyond to keep me up to date throughout the whole process and made what could have been a very stressful situation stress free. The phenomenal customer service doesn’t end when you leave with the ring it’s a life time service. We have been so impressed. 6 weeks later, I have my beautiful ring back on my hand. Very worth purchasing the insurance suggested by the jewellers (TH March) as all work on my ring was done in the same workshop as it was made in Mitchel and Co and definitely worth the peace of mind.We have absolutely no doubt that we will be back to purchase our wedding bands when we do get married.Thank you again
