The worst store on planet earth. No help from any staff rude. Faces like backsides absolute disgusting service waited 15minz for belp with fitting room. Which was filthy too

Huge branch of Sports Direct. Puts my local one to shame. Multi-floors and I was very impressed by the football section. So much variety of team kits, and I was able to get my kid a kit that had only just been released. Massively convenient that they print the kit for you there, as my local one makes you leave it with them and collect a few days later. Only issue I had was the first member of staff I approached seemed really confused that I wanted a premier league badge printed on a premier league kit, and took a while before another member of staff came in to take over the situation. It took a while for the press to heat up so had a little wait, but no big deal.

This branch has the worst service of all sports directs in the country. If I was head office I would send in a few fake shoppers to get a good understanding of what is going on at your New st branch. Staff more interested in talking to each other, 0 communication to customer, no hello, please, thank you. Leaving security tags on, giving wrong shoes in box, mangers/supervisors telling off staff when said staff are helping you out. An all around experience on what a poorly recruited and trained staff look like. Will no be visiting again! Was warned before hand to avoid this will just go to many alternative shops.

Brilliant service from Samira at Direct Sports New Street Birmingham,Super helpful and made the whole shopping experience easy.

I list my bank card here earlier today and the woman operating the till on -1 was really nice about it, collecting details and messaging security. Definitely coming back again, amazing products as well.
