Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Broad Street hotel

I stayed at Premier Inn and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep.||Shout out to Samira for great customer service just what you need after a long journey. Liv (manager) excellent example of lead by example i.e great relationship with his staff and helping out in the kitchen! Rohan for the boiled eggs, they were perfect!||The location was convenient, with good access to transport and local amenities, will definitely be back again!.

Overall experience was great! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Location of this property is also a plus Breakfast with freshly cooked/baked items was simply a treat! Little things to matter, like coffee and free wifi is for all. Just let them know at the reception and they sort it for you. Hats off to the entire team. We stayed here recently to visit some tourist attractions in the city. Small car park on site with reasonable prices. Really pleasant staff all the way through our stay. Clean and tidy rooms with the odd tired bit that could do with fixing. But overall a fantastic hotel. Worth noting there is no air con only fans. But overall a lovely stay and great location near so much in the city.

The hotel/ room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, even by woken up by a few shouting but was to be expected by being so close to the town I still felt safe and fell straight back to sleep. Friendly service when we first arrived and felt welcomed by the team member who checked us in.

I have had a pleasant experience during my stay at Premier Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and make the stay easier. Check-in and out is straightforward. ||The service at breakfast was fantastic, lots of food options.

We stayed at this location as we had travelled 4 hours to see the Monster Jam event. Fair to say we will not be returning, Premier Inn is always my go to choice as I'm always happy wherever I have been. This one is rubbish. It's old and outdated, the room was terrible, tried to open the window....handle fell off. Desk/table edges were damaged/lifting/peeling. Dirty towel in the bathroom, and the single bed sheets had a stain of god knows what. Breakfast was a shambles really in terms of the efficency and the availability and restaurant cleanliness.

The staff were amazing, Jack, Ivy and Lisa in particular went above and beyond for us. Room was nice and beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again when next in Birmingham.
