From Osman This my first night is a very warm and welcoming environment. The staff are compassionate and understanding of everyone’s needs and go out of their way to put a smile on your face especially by Susan To be honest I have got different ideas before I come in unbelievable I recommend positive
I stayed there for 1 year, I've only recently moved on to my own flat. The rooms are clean with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for all of your belongings. Meals are provided twice daily, breakfast is bacon, sausage, beans ect or a continental type and evening meals are varied with pudding and of a good standard . The staff are friendly, helpful and do not judge anyone. They also provide a support worker who will help as little or as much you want, obviously all people are different and some require more help than others. Overall, St Anne's Hostel provides stability and a safe environment for men who have fallen on hard times for whatever reason and gives them a chance to turn things around and get back on with life.

Stayed Feb2016 The team were fantastic. Led by manager Mark Obell a very humble caring fellow, I was looked after very well, cared for, as I have a terminal illness, and I had a cooked meal prepared daily. I thank Mark, and his team for there caring nature and a wonderful stay as I got much needed respite there. The residents were no trouble and also helped take my plates away on occasion.. Thank you all Jehovah's blessings forvthe wirk you all do for disadvantage and vulnerable of us in society.
