The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about all sorts of bikes. It helps that the guys are passionate about cycling as their suggestions/recommendations seem to be based on their experience as opposed to what might get them the most amount of money. The owner is very down to earth and extremely customer centric. If he's not available, his son is, which means you always have the option of speaking to the owners if you need to. I have been using these guys for a number of years now and I cannot recommend them enough.
