My Perfect Ebike

We ordered a kit from them costing over £800 . My son used it all of 3 times and it wouldn't work. We sent it back in which they kept it for 3 months with very little contact or responses from them. It was sent back to us thrown in a box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect expensive parts and parts were missing and damaged . We then had to Message again and again to get these parts sent out which again took a long time. We were given £20 compensation for something that took over 4 months to resolve in which again we had to wait for. Even after getting the kit back it still doesn't work and the company said they would touch it again. We have since had to buy a new one from another company as we were left with basically a shit product that didn't work. Will never buy or recommend this company ever totally waste of time and money

Ordered a 72v 3000w kit for my bike, paid for express delivery. I accidentally ordered a 20’ wheel in stead of a 29 like I needed, the boys at my perfect e bike changed it and got it dispatched very fast, I was shocked how fast it all come. Can’t recommend enough. You get what it says on the tin.

Can’t fault the 72v kit it was easy to install and works perfect I’m really happy with it the service was great any help I needed was given to me on wattsapp I would definitely recommend my perfect e-bike to anyone

I went to three different bike shops who all said my folding ebike wasn't worth repairing. Then I found this one. They quoted me for the repair, and then phoned me when it was ready. It cost £30:00. I was delighted.

Kit broke after 2 days of ownership and doesn't look like im gonna get a new motor after talking with the company not worth the hassle and cost
