My query was handled with ease, from the initial phone call to my visit in person and the end result. Hired a Rolls Royce for my wedding and when speaking on the phone to the staff could tell this place is full of professionals. I felt at ease straight away. Pricking structure is great and well worth it. I then went to the visit and was met by a bunch of lovely people. Allowed me to take a look at the cars available and what a beautiful fleet it is too, a top range of top spec well looked after vehicles, i was then taken upstairs to the waiting area was offered a hot/cold drink. Office space is modern ( I loved the feature wall). And come D day, lol. The driver dressed as a true professional was early knocked, and the door introduced himself. The car was nice and clean, and the chaps driving could not be faulted. I had a nice chat on route to the venue with him. This is the place for your chauffeuring needs great people, good customer service, beautiful vehicles. True professionals. Highly recommended.

Used this company for my wedding car. Our Driver (Fizzy) was early and so helpful throughout the whole day. It was a comfortable drive to the venue and he didn’t rush us at all. The car was super clean and nice. The driver came back and took us back to the house, he stayed extra time for us and even took photos for us. Definitely would use again.

Got the hummer limo and the luxury mercedes sprinter! Eveything was good, the owner gave us a very competitive price which I said yes to straight away and the service of the drivers spot on. Will use in the future thank you

If you’re looking for a cheap place to hire your wedding cars this is the definitely the one. My big day was ruined by these guys. Their sales staff were completely misleading. When we discussed the cars and decor in the offices, everything seemed great. But on the day the cars turned up without any decoration and drivers were very pushy on timings (even though we discussed that timings on the day may vary in the office) plus my wedding car was damaged from the back and hadn’t been cleaned. Their driver and staff who were on the phone were very uncooperative on the day, thankfully my brothers kept me out of it until after the wedding was over. Very disappointed but also makes sense as pay cheap and get cheap service.

Used for my sons prom. They advised us that they pick up, drive around for an hour then drop them at their location. When the driver was picking them up he asked what time they had to be there. We asked if he could let the boys know when he was half an hour away from the venue so we could all drive over to see them coming out of the car and get photos. (As this is the whole idea of having a stretched car.) THE DRIVER ACTUALLY DROPPED THEM OFF 15 MINS EARLY SO WE COMPLETELY MISSED IT.!!!!! It wouldn't have been so annoying if we didn't (3 sets of parents had the same conversation with the driver) have the conversation where HE asked what time to be there. Basically we paid for a very expensive 'taxi' When I called to speak with the manager he said 'you just get an hour'. NOBODY EVER SAID THAT WHEN IT WAS BOOKED AND THE DRIVER SURE AS HE'LL DIDN'T CLARIFY THIS. Furious is an understatement. He was so incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THESE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR ONE OFF SPECIAL OCCASIONS WITH YOUR CHILDREN RUINED. PS I actually think one of the good reviews on here is the driver!!! I have a picture!

Arrived over 45 minutes late to collect our children from last day at school. When we rang to see where they were 10 minutes after they should of arrive bed they had apparently had a puncture and were 10 minutes away! 30 minutes later when they did turn up inside was filthy car had wedding bows on doors and no sign of a repaired tyre and there was a brand new spare on the back! The office offered a £50 reduction but when driver arrived he would only accept the reduction if the boys only had a 15 minute ride! After paying full balance the boys eventually had a 30 minute ride as we apparently wasted 10 minutes taking photos. The drivers attitude was disgusting and basically said I don't need this if you don't want to pay get the kids out! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone The manager is ignoring and not returning calls or emails.
