Wanted to say a big thank you to Ana, Connor and the rest of the team at BYD Birmingham. Went in to the dealership for a test drive at the end of March and fell in love with the Seal U. We managed to get a great price for the Time Grey Comfort trim but then got an offer we couldn't resist for the black and instead of having to wait 3 months for one to be factory made, we ended up picking our new black Seal U just 4 weeks later!!! This was my first experience buying a new BYD and I don’t think it will be my last. From start to finish the whole process was handled in a professional and efficient manner. Ryan was instrumental in getting the deal set up for me but it was Syed who stole the show. His handover was thorough and he really gave me the time I deserved when collecting my new Seal U. One thing that truly stood out from Syed was his aftercare. A few small teething issues but Syed stayed in touch and ensured any issues were dealt swiftly and professionally.
