Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

We recently worked with Two Men and a Truck for a charitable donation to Children's Alabama and they were fantastic! They were efficient, kind and genuinely wanted to learn about the donation that was being made! We are so thankful for them and will definitely be using them for any moves! We highly recommend this team!

I had a great experience with my movers Spann and Weston. From the moment I booked the truck to the final drop-off, everything went smoothly. They team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They took great care in loading my belongings, making sure everything was secure during transport. They also had very good customer service. They were communicative throughout the process, and I felt confident that my move was in good hands. I also appreciated how respectful and friendly they were and it made the whole experience much less stressful.

I can’t recommend this service because they will not own responsibility for damages to my property. One of their drivers got his truck stuck in my driveway, not once, but 3 times destroying a culvert. Because there had been rain during the 2 weeks prior the claim was denied due to weather undermining the substrate. Interestingly the first truck made the driveway just fine and there have been other deliveries since that made it fine and this morning a full size cement truck made it fine. Their driver was cutting to sharp the first two attempts and then cut too far when attempting to back up. I don’t understand it being the weathers fault when every other delivery truck made it just fine as well as the first of their own trucks. I couldn’t recommend them with a clear conscience.[edit in response to owners reply - 08/05/24] The facts need to be kept straight. First fact is I never said an amount close to 6K. I have no idea where that number comes from. I stated that my excavator quoted $3130 for materials and labor. I never requested any specific amount or percent because I was told adamantly that my claim is denied and there is nothing more to discuss. So if you are going to respond to my honest review then keep the facts honest. I was quoted $850 for a load of Rip Rap and $650 for a load of 57 gravel and $1630 for labor. Highly recommend Two Man and a Truck!They called 30 minutes before their arrival and were on time. Caleb, Dilan and Reed went right to work and handled all of our furniture very carefully.They knew how to maneuver around stair cases and door ways. These young men are very pleasant and courteous. We will definitely request them the next time we need their services.

This was the fourth time we have used Two Men and A Truck over the past 2 decades in two different cities. We will continue to use them whenever we have a moving need. Punctual, efficient, respectful of our items, responsive to our text/calls/emails. These are enough to hire them again and again but the bonus is they have the nicest team. We had two really great guys help at the beginning and then a trainee and one of the team leaders came to assist on the second address for the unload. All super nice all while running up and down stairs and lifting heavy items in the heat. Thanks again for another great move! Hopeful not to move anytime soon but if we do we definitely call Two Men and a Truck!
