Me and my friend came here. It is located outside near the grand central and the bull ring. When we came it was not very busy downstairs and they didn't have many staff members walking around helping. The prices are quite steep so therefore we didn't purchase anything but when we got upstairs they had a decent amount of sales section. The dressing room was super busy. Their aas a huge line overflowing so i feel they should make the dressing room bigger or do something about it because it was an inconvenience. Due to this some people were getting dressed and undressed in corners as the queue was that long. They had a photo booth which you could take photos in. This time it wasn't working but I'm sure that if it was in action it would be great to take photos with your friends or family.

I like this shop & the staff are lovely BUTTTT why’s the sale always a mess. It’s actually unshoppable, I went in today and it was such a mess I didn’t even look. So many clothes on this rale you can’t look, if you pull (I mean really pull) one thing out you’ll usually take out 3/4 things more than you wanted because it’s so rammed they are all attached. ANOTHER BIG THING items are always wrongly priced. In the sale section ❌ nope just mis placed, stuff in the sale with no sale prices on too. It’s always like this so I can see why there’s always so much left because you physically can’t look!

Not managers and members of staff writing 5 star reviews to make up for the poor reviews recently. Maybe just do better and train your team (managers included) the reviews I’m referring to are Chris Browns and I wouldn’t be surprised if other staff members have done the same, came to leave a bad review after my last visit and saw that one of members of staff I spoke to had left a review but yeah bad experience, wouldn’t recommend, staff too busy flirting behind the till and in the changing room to actually serve and give a good level of customer service, was met with attitude at every aspect of my visit here. Just feel like the vibe was off

After a strange man approached me in store today around 2pm, a lovely young male staff member immediately checked on me and kept an eye out while I shopped. It was really reassuring and I'm very grateful for his help!

Had to buy just 1 t-shirt !!!!!! For my date night!!!! People working locking the shop doesn't let it , aggressive behaviour and unfriendly staff.

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes to use the fitting room on a week day and having only one member of staff to do everything is WILD. A girl cut the queue to share a room with her friend only to be told no so that was annoying too. When I finally got in they absolutely reeked of B.O. , won't bother visiting in store again.

The girl with the green adidas Jacket and her colleague with the crop white top at the till were really rude. I just approached the till not knowing the customers that had left was still being served and instead of being told politely, I was told in a rude manner with an eye roll that I could not be served. I don’t think that’s necessary and belongs in a work place like that. The management team should ensure that the employees comply with professionalism and they treat all customers equally and fairly.
