I hired a Rolls Royce Ghost for our wedding day as a surprise to my partner. We live down in the Southwest and Adil arrived early, nothing was to much bother to assist with ensuring everything ran smoothly on our day.

Just as the first time it was a first class experience. The driver was very attentive and helped us with our luggage which was at the top an icy hill which he could not drive up, he came up 3 times to help carry our belongings and each time he returned it was at least 4 minutes each way on foot on a very dangerous path. I booked this for my wife and carer who has always wanted to have a ride in a car with class and style. The chauffeur called Mo could not have met her needs anymore. He was so kind, caring and compassionate. He even played her favourite music ABBA. My wife does have care needs and as such this was a dream come true. She does have a kind of bucket list and this was one of her wishes. She enjoyed it that much how could I refuse what Mo had achieved and put a smile on her face beaming from ear to ear so a return journey was booked. I took photographs and this will give us all memories to look back on. We will from now on recommend and use Ultimate Executive Drive from now on. Great business where its clientele comes first. I am delighted with my choice of Platinum Chauffeurs. I do not usually post reviews and I hope that the length of this one reflects how impressed I was with all aspects of my experience with this company.
I haven’t used taxis for a while, so a recent trip for hospital surgery prompted my research into the best, most reliable company I could find for this time sensitive journey. I contacted many local companies with “good” reviews, often to find phones not answered, voice mails not replied to and some companies who couldn’t cope with an unknown pickup time for the post surgery trip.
Platinum were different from the get go. All communication with the company was either answered immediately, or on one occasion a return call was received within a few minutes. Their website offered a simple, competitive, cost estimate for the round trip, with the ability to choose the comfort level you wished to pay for. When I telephoned the office to query the situation regarding my pick up after being discharged, I was informed that this was no problem and all I would need to do was inform the office/driver once I knew the collection time I required.
Ibrahim was an excellent ambassador for the company, arriving punctually in a clean Mercedes E class. He had an excellent knowledge of the road system, drove safely and worked his way around a major sporting activity on that day, ensuring that I arrived promptly.
On the return trip, he had adjusted the seat so that I had extra leg room in the rear, without any prompting from me, which was a thoughtful touch. His polite and informative conversation was interesting and flowed easily, making the journey pass quickly.
I have no connection with this company, but can offer my unreserved recommendation for them. Any future journeys that I need transport for will be with Platinum. Thank you very much for your support from everyone that I dealt with at what was a personally stressful time for me.

My first time using Fastline – transfers to and from Heathrow airport. Outward transfer arrived 15mins early. M40 indicated a 90min delay on journey but delays were monitored closely. Ultimately we arrived on time at T3. On our return, early message indicating timings. Our progress through baggage reclaim etc was rapid and our message to say so was responded to quickly. A hassle free collection and easy drive got us back home rapidly. Vehicles in good condition, chauffeurs well presented, friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent service.

These guys have been around for a long time and customer service is where they shine. I booked them on my school prom back in 2009 and I booked them for my wedding in 2021, I booked 4x rolls Royce’s and I got a call on the day to say one of the rolls Royce’s I booked as an issue so they upgraded me to the drop head. The drivers were very polite, professional and very respectable. There was traffic on the way but the drivers were very well aware of the route and made a diversion and got us there on time. I couldnt recommend these guys enough the give literally 5 star service and go above and beyond, the cars are immaculate condition.

At first glance speaking to the owner he was very polite and exceeded what I wanted. I hired a few vehicles from here for a wedding which was done 5 months before the event. I paid extra to have the limo and rolls Royce stay the duration of the event. Upon the event they had an Audi R8 and few other cars which we picked and I checked these over to ensure there were no scratches or dings. I pointed out several dings on the vehicle also paint on some panels did not match the rest of the vehicle which told me these were either painted already or were accident damaged cars. I pointed out on the driver side front bumper underneath there were scratches which were from scraping the bottom. They told me not to worry everything is fine and all noted. Now on the wedding day they tried to drive off with the Royce and limo upon questioning them as to why he said he had other jobs. I explained I paid extra for them to be there and he called his gaffa and explained to them he was going to go and what not. I explained to the the guy I paid extra and I want my order fufilled. After a looooong conversation they stayed with the driver being upset and walking around as though he was going to do something. After the event we went to give the vehicles back low and behold all the damage I had pointed out to them before the hire they said was fresh and they were not on the vehicles at time of rental. Wow not only are you liars but incompetent as well. I argued the case and showed them the photos I had taken on the day of pick up to which he could not replay back and said leave it.
Overall a dreadful experience if I had not stood my ground they would have charged for all the damage which was already on the vehicles. I presume they let the cars back out and have since charged customers damage which was already there. Please be careful. They are other companies out there with respectable values don’t spend your hard earned money here. They are a bunch of thugs. Beware.
