The experience has been good so far. Been there 3 times already which I pre booked an appointment to review my apply products for certain reasons and the support team have been very helpful. But had to wait 20 mins as whenever I went to talk to a service person, they would just be obnoxious and redirect me to someone else. Hadn’t thought that the employees working for providing service at “Apple” would be this rude. Had my worst experience at any Apple Store to be honest. I hope this improves.

What happened to staff being knowledgeable about the items for sale?
Awful service! We will not be using Curry’s delivery service ever again.
First time they lost the fridge, a few month later we decided to try again. A call to say delivery was here so we go outside to meet them and no one is to be seen. On delivery notes it says a health and safety issue about the stairs being too thin, how is that when delivery wasn’t attempted?
Unable delivery for another 10 days…. Not ideal when fridge is broken and living out of cool boxes. No support offered and terrible service

Recently purchased a gaming pc for our son but needed extra memory. I have absolutely no idea what I’m buying so popped in to double check my purchase. George was so helpful and explained everything and how it was lucky we double checked as what I had purchased would have ended in damaging our new PC. He took the time to go through what we needed, arranged the refund for the wrong purchase and also arranged for next day delivery of the correct memory. Thank you very much for your help George, your bosses need to know what a real asset you are to the company! Top man!

Went in there to get a refund due to a price promise within 7 days. I was treated absolutely awfully and they didn’t honor it. They made up their own terms and conditions on the spot. I won’t use this store again and I will stick to other retailers in future. Gracie was the manager I spoke to and she rude, arrogant, and made up a heap of lies. Stay away.

Deceitful customer service.
My partner made a purchase at Currys Selly Oak. Upon payment, the sale assistant offered him a case of 3 bottles of wine for around £7. He thought it was just as part of promoting themselves. He did not explain to him that by accepting, he would automatically been subscribed with a company called Wine52 and would then be charged every month around £50 to receive 3 more bottles. After a few weeks to my surprise we received 3 more bottles; I rang Wine52 (as per packaging label) to find out and they confirmed we’ve been subscribed and they’ve covered their back by saying that they have sent my partner an e mail to inform him, (I don’t even know how this is legal) and refused to give us a refund. We cancelled the subscription immediately. The wine itself is of their own brand, so you don’t even know what exactly you are drinking; I don’t know how anyone in the right frame of mind would accept such a subscription and therefore they decided to subscribe people with deceit.
Aw forgot to mention that the item he purchased was faulty, a hob that my partner had to pay someone to install and then return cause it wasn’t working. Joke.

Bought a TV online and hadn’t received it. I emailed the company and had no reply a couple of days later.
I called after 4 days to be told the TV is out of stock even though it’s still for sale on the website. I was also told they had sent me an email a couple of days earlier which was a total lie.
I was also told my money would be released immediately but it wasn’t.
They maybe good TVs for all I know but the lies and poor customer service would say steer clear of this company.

Incredibly rude and impatient customer service. The receptionist is perfectly fine and amicable, however her colleague is unhelpful for no reason. Don’t expect them to call you back, if you need a product or answer it looks like you have to drag it out of the “expert” just for him to consistently try to end the call with no real resolution for you. Ordered a TV from them through Amazon. They called 3 times within 2 minutes a few days later which I missed. When the delivery guy called he said it would be delivered next day(no option of when it would suit as per their amazon delivery statement, nor 2 hr window but between 7am and 3pm) I called back 10 minutes later to advise that would need to be othet day as no one in house. Guy said he would need to charge to change, or could he leave it somewhere..a TV ? I said if couldn’t change date then to refund which he smuggly said he would. Clearly not a business bothered about customet service/ revenue employing arrogant staff. Have ordered for same price from another seller so their loss.

Total rip off company that trades under multiple names. They sell faulty goods. I suspect it’s refurbished which they do not reveal to consumers. They don’t provide a free returns service and then they frequently claim not to have received returns for goods worth hundreds of pounds. BEWARE if you’re considering buying a large item from this company as most couriers have size restrictions so you will not be able to return it. A quick google of their address will reveal the other names they trade under. If you’ve bought from Amazon, get in touch with their customer services as they will approach this sham of a company on your behalf.

I then messaged asking for a delivery update and was told their next day delivery promise ‘only applies to small items’ and if I wanted the dishwasher I’d have to wait until ‘some time next week’. I was then asked to remove my negative review – I replied saying that I would not as it was entirely factual. I received no reply, but my order was then cancelled and refunded. I tried to look past the high number of 1 star review’s but I’m another victim.
Purchased an open box (apparently ex demo) TV which we decided was too big for our intended room. I ignored the missing screw for the stand & didn’t complain.
While at the shop – they were most helpful & advised any issues, let us know. Explaining I would like to swap the TV for a smaller screen size – my answer was “we can’t do that as you’re past the 3 day return period”. I explained no one mentioned 3 days & the website says 14 days. That’s apparently only for ‘online’ orders.
Lesson learnt!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Customer service is zero. Stick to the larger store’s such as John Lewis, Currys, etc.
