The tailored coaching and support made all the difference especially whist getting support on a daily basis for nutrition.

With the metabolism test Jack put together a nutrition plan based off the results. I was sceptical about the RMR assessment but it confirmed the amount of calories I truly needed, although it wasn’t a million miles away from what I had thought.

More than anything Jack is very personable and supportive, there’s a mixture of male and females in most sessions and we all support and praise each other. I have been in chronic pain for years and seen numerous foot + ankle consultants, chiropractors, podiatrists, physios and no-one has been able to diagnose the cause properly until I met Alex. She almost instantly saw that I had issues right up the kinetic chain and this is the reason why orthotic treatments etc. in the past have never worked. The treatment is awesome and not only my feet have gained strength but my glutes and core. I am well on the journey to taking up my love of dancing again.
It’s not easy to correct biomechanical changes, but Alex is caring and understanding, encouraging you to keep to your exercise programme. However, it’s not just exercises you are given but a whole range of treatments such as soft tissue massage, dry needling and mobilisation.
I researched widely to find someone to help me and understand my problem and travel from Manchester to Birmingham to see her.

When I was knocked off my bike and suffered bad whiplash, she treated my neck and back and I had a swift recovery. Whenever I pull muscles doing karate, she treats them and gives me exercises to strengthen them. I cracked a rib doing karate and she’s has treated that. Living an hour away by car, I just wish they were closer to home, but that is my only gripe! Parking isn’t a problem with free on the road parking within a few minutes walk.

When asked about the time I was told by the Physician “it’s not an exact science….I had to look at specimen again”. That is perfectly fine, not questioning any science, but I would ask that you communicate that type of information with patients instead of telling me a solid time frame. Three different staff members came in randomly throughout the day. No info given. One male came in and asked if I was okay, opened the cabinet got a gauze, then left. It was just odd. Fortunately, they were able to remove all of the carcinoma. So it’s all worth the six hours. Nurse Gabby is the best of the best. We worked with Nishti for two consecutive weeks, with daily Whatsapp interactions and three Zoom consultations. We are extremely happy with how Nishti has helped us and followed us closely – she has given us the knowledge and tools to be able to test for baby’s allergies, and use the allergen ladders appropriately. We now feel that we have a plan in place for our baby, and we feel our baby has had the best possible care in terms of diagnosing her allergies and improving her diet while minimising her discomfort. What sets Nishti apart is her 2-weeks package approach. Often, you only see a consultant once, for max 1 hour at a time, and you are then left to implement any plans by yourself. Nishti instead follows you closely day to day so that plans can be adapted depending on baby’s reaction.
