I have moved several times in the last 10 years. Have tried everything. BY FAR, the best moving experience ever. They were flexible to change the moving date due to an unexpected event, they respect the quote they gave me during the video call. The people at the office were as incredible as James and Oscar (pic below), who did an amazing job on the field. They showed up in time at the picking place and they delivered exactly on time in a different state at the very next day. They went above and beyond, not a single glass was broken and they even offered to help with things once everything was set up. The truck was immaculate and their uniforms too. Moving is never fun, but for sure this company and that crew will make things easier for you. Would give 10 stars if I could!

The move went smoothly. The movers were early, and they took care of business in a timely manner. They saved me a lot of money because time was not wasted. This was the best moving experience ever. Team leader, Mike, was exceptional. His crew were friendly, organized, great team players and we could tell they really enjoyed their work.

The whole move went according to plan. Mike made sure that any and every request we made of him was never too much for him to adjust to. His attitude was consistently, “whatever you need from us.”

Had a great experience with the New Latitude team today. Only a three-mile move (plus storage unit stopover), but still an 8+-hour day in the “August in Alabama” heat. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. The communication was prompt and friendly from start to finish. The movers arrived early, worked quickly, willing to wrap and pack anything we needed, and they were done early! We won’t use any other movers and would highly recommend them!!

I had a total of six guys helping between packing and loading/unloading. Every single one of the worked hard, was polite and professional, and took great care with my things. They were so fast too! I’ve never had a smoother moving experience.

I had a fantastic experience with New Latitude Moving Company. The three movers arrived right on time and started with a quick walkthrough to see what needed to be moved. They wrapped my sectional and carefully boxed up my TV, taking great care with everything.

This was a multi-stop move, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even offered to help rearrange furniture and set up my washer and dryer, which I really appreciated. Professional, efficient, and super courteous. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

I had an amazing experience with Abdin as my chauffeur driver! He was an absolute pleasure to be around – super friendly and made our 1-hour journey to the airport feel seamless. His car was immaculate, equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The cherry on top was the thoughtful touch of offering chocolates and water. We had a great conversation throughout the ride, which made the time fly by. Highly recommend Abdin for his excellent service and hospitality!

Nothing was too much trouble. Sajad was early to pick us up from Corwall he gave me a curtesy call to advise of his arrival. He took our suit cases and loaded them to or limousine. The car was immaculate with headphones for individual listening Sajad was funny witty and a good laugh. He stopped with no complaints for my brother copious toilet breaks as my brother Sean has had kidney issues. Sajad was like he was our personal chauffeur. Your company I can not praise enough from the discount I got the beautiful Mercedes S class . Yes you do feel like royalty people look a weep I loved it worth the money and it was a true highlight of our trip to Cornwall for my brothers 60th and as I had open heart surgery in June 2025 it was grand to travel.in true style and comfort. Very smooth experience from start to finish. The driver arrived on time, was polite and professional, and helped with the luggage. The car was clean and comfortable. It was a stress-free ride from the airport to our destination. Highly recommended for reliable airport pickup!

Poor service and getting worse. Only at Birmingham is Emirates so terrible. Avoid if you can. Apparently passengers had to wait for cars to come as not enough parking bays. Not sure what the z4 drivers stood around were actually doing then. Main person needs to look at who has no luggage and hand luggage only and will be out first.

Abdin was an exceptional chauffeur. The car was in pristine condition and thoughtfully stocked with water, hand sanitizer, chocolates, and mints. His attention to detail is outstanding. The hour-long drive flew by with soothing classical music in the background, allowing me to relax and even drift off until we arrived home. Abdin went above and beyond by carrying my very heavy luggage up the stairs—a true gentleman. A flawless experience from start to finish. 5+ stars!

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a bike mechanic (possibly in general)!
It’s been two years since I rode my bike, and it needed attention. The repairs were completed really thoroughly and he explained everything in an easy to understand way.
Can’t recommend highly enough! Easy to get to from the train station and I would say it was worth any journey. Wouldn’t trust anyone else now.

If you aren’t already convinced, thanks to the tons of pictures and reviews already then listen. This is where you want to go if you have pretty much any issue with your bicycles. You get taught and explanations on what is going on, why and how to prevent it happening again.

Got the specifications of my bike. Found the correct drop bars, changed gear shifters to 105s, changed cables, new bar tape, service, sizing the bike for me and lots more.

Went to Fox at Red Fox Cycling to get my front brakes bled. He was really friendly and did a great job, brakes feel perfect now. Definitely recommend!

Hired the party bus for a prom. Prestige drive really went above and beyond for us as this was a last minute booking due to previous company letting us down.
Driver Said Khan was patient and very well mannered while we waited for all the guests to arrive and then supported to connect their music via Bluetooth. He arrived early and ensured there were no delays. All children arrived to the prom safe and sound and had a really good experience. The party bus itself was clean and very fresh. Will be using again in the future for more proms.

I’ve booked a E- bike online for deliveries today annd when I visited to the Zoomo shop.
Experience was great. Great customer service staff very kind and explained all the polices to me. He was amazing guy.
I also met a person called Fye who was working with Just fixing just eat bikes in Birmingham Hub.

I had excellent customer service with brothers Kaashif and Fye, I am returning customer and both brothers had great comunication skills and team work skills, they both had given me a warm welcome back and ensured that I leave the store satisfied with my new Zoomo Bike ready to to get on the road to enjoy. They give fast response for any enquiries and I know Fye for litterally 3-4 years from Zoomo in the Birmingham City Centre Hub and he has always given me great customer service and when ever I had a problem with my bike Fye would always help me get back on to the road ASAP. I Had an amazing experience with Kash today, I came in last minute without a valid appointment because I made a mistake but he still took his time and looked after me , gave me a lot of advice around the ins and outs of the job and sorted me out a nice bike same day , he even gave me discounts where possible. Great customer service , down to earth guy, I could tell he take pride in his job even in the way he delt with other customers while I was there . If you are considering them do yourself a favour and pay them a visit , just make sure to book an appointment through their website first because they get very busy sometimes!

Had a great experience hiring an e-bike here. The team clearly explained all the terms and conditions upfront, so everything felt transparent and straightforward. They even gave my bike a quick check and fix to make sure it was in perfect shape before I took off. The customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. Absolutely lovely guys, turned up right on time and nothing was too much trouble, they did a fantastic job and my home move went really smoothly thanks to them. I would highly recommend this service. Spotlessly clean car. Courteous driver arrived few minutes ahead of time. Helped with loading luggage. Maintained a smooth and safe journey from Solihull to Heathrow Terminal 4. The whole journey was so comfortable and even bottled water was provided. The company also provided clean good quality car seats and booster seats for my 8 year old and 4 year old.

Great thing about this company is the readily available trip cost on the website. Drivers details are sent in advance and the business responds to messages really promptly. It helps decision making when booking a holiday. I will only book this company going forwards for airport trips. I would definitely use this company again. I was very pleased with the service I received. My driver was on time both going to my destination and back home again the following day; in fact he was a little early the following day which suited me. My driver was very polite and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at any point during my journey which I appreciated. He loaded the car with my heavy items I was taking which was an extra bonus. I recommend using this company if you’re travelling long distance. Travelling back home I found out the car being used was a better car than the one I had chosen but for the same price which was a nice touch. Daniel and Jordan were AMAZING with our move today, and seriously were a DREAM TEAM! Not only did they navigate our huge driveway slope (a mini mountain), but they were so careful with all our items from the basement and upstairs. They helped us load a U-Haul truck in 1/2 the time compared to our estimated quote time! Daniel helped us previously when we moved into our house, and it was a true blessing to have him help us move out. This was our 5th time using Two Men And A Truck and we could not recommend them more highly. From the office staff to the movers, they are so professional. They make getting rates, booking the move, getting updates and the move itself so easy. Every time we have used them the movers were so quick that they were done 3+ hours before we expected. We have used two men and a truck four times in the past. Each time was a great experience. This last experience will have me looking for another company. The movers struggled moving the furniture. This had not been my experience in the past. I didn’t realize how badly they had struggled until I saw the floor, walls and ceilings after they had left. I get that accidents happen. The part I can’t forgive is that they were not upfront about it. Didn’t say anything about it, just asked for payment and left. To make matters worse, we just had the walls and ceilings painted two weeks prior.

Rebuttal:
No, you all haven’t been able to come to an understanding on the situation. You stated to us that your employees have worked for your company for years and that they have no reason to lie to you. Your employee stories changed from the time of the accident to when they reported the accident to you all. As I mentioned to you on the call on April 29, 2025, I was on the phone with my sister when Nick walked over to her to tell her about the damage. That’s when I stated over the phone to him that accidents happen and he then replied, but that’s an accident that should not have happened. In your response you stated that your employees don’t lie and insinuated that we must be lying. Yes, I’ve used this same company twice in the past for my sister’s furniture and both of those times I was in Birmingham and orchestrated the move. I wasn’t present on the 24th, but with this move your employees didn’t even bother to wrap the TVs or any of her furniture, they just picked it up and walked it over. With the past moves, your employees wrapped her TVs to protect them while moving. Yes, the first two times when I was there it went smoothly because I was present and completely orchestrating every inch of the move, so carelessness was avoided by your employees, thus me giving your company a third chance. Yes, Daniel called on April 29, 2025, and the tone was accusatory then as well, as if my sister or the caregiver had moved the TVs and caused the damage. I never agreed with you at any point that our evidence did not support what happened. As far as the purchase details I stated to you all that her 85-inch TV was purchased for $3000 in 2023 and the year could have been an oversight on her part, so maybe it was 2022, but the price of what was paid was the same. You all asked me to provide receipts, I stated that I packed her house up in February of 2024 after she suffered a spinal cord injury and that there was no way I could possibly know where any receipts may have been packed and that she was limited to what she could do in her current predicament, and that I am not in Birmingham, AL to even attempt to look through boxes in her storage unit for any receipts. You know your offer of $340 was an insult and based on your own words you see the manufacturer sticker and can price those televisions to see that $340 would not buy either of them even if they were manufactured in 2021 and 2023 and purchased in 2022 or 2023 or 2024. Those televisions were purchased with hard-earned money and your employee’s negligence damaged them. With or without a receipt for her two televisions (85 and 65 inches) that were moved from her previous place to the new place, they belonged to her, they were her property listed on your company’s Estimate Detail form for items to be moved. I implore you as an owner to do right by those that hire and entrust you with their valuable assets to have them replaced once damaged by your employees. Oh, and what’s regrettable, is the fact that you all provided decent services in February and July of 2024, when I was physically there to watch every move made by your employees, but when my disabled sister and her caregiver, two women of color were there without a man present, this situation happened. I ordered two new televisions for my disabled sister on April 30, 2025, to replace the two that your employee damaged. To reiterate, you stated to us that your employees don’t lie and in the same breath insinuated that my sister, the caregiver, and I do, or that we must. We have no reason to make up stories for you or anyone else, we provided actual accounts of that day. I entrusted your company with my disabled sister’s property. My expectations were that your company the one I had used prior would protect my disabled sister assets and if any damages had occurred during the move by the hands of your employees, that you would right any wrongs. $340 will never suffice. Did you ever ask your oh so honest employees why they put both TVs in the same room? The 85-inch was in the LR and 65-inch was in the BR prior to the move.

The team did a great job! Caleb, Jordan, Daniel, Alex and John were super nice, friendly and did a great job moving our belongings locally. They were organized and had a plan. Throughout the day, they kept me posted about the progress and next steps items. They worked as a team to handle oversized items, Our furniture was well taken care of. They arranged the furniture based as we requested and was made suggestion for better placement. I would recommend your service and this team.

Will and Hunter were timely, polite and moved quickly ( when you are paying by the hour that’s important). They faced a challenge with a narrow stairwell & a large dresser & mastered it with no damage to my home or the dresser. The total charge was a little less than the minimum estimate, which was also appreciated.

Excellent service. Driver arrive promptly to take us to the airport, vehicle was very comfortable and journey smooth and seamless. Journey home was equally great even though it was very early in the morning our driver was there waiting for us. On both trips our luggage was handled for us and stored away. Value for money is excellent as it eliminates train costs and overnight hotel visits, and also eliminates the fuss of connecting services and transporting luggage around. Communication throughout was excellent and any changes required were actioned quickly and with no fuss. Will be using again.

Thanks to issues with Heathrow airport, we found ourselves in Birmingham. Arranged with 3 hours notice, a a driver for a trip from Birmingham Airport to my home in Newcastle. Cheaper than an Uber! The driver who greeted us was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The car was very comfortable and modern, with a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the back.
